SECOND DEGRE: okuden, enseignement intérieur

Pré-requis pour suivre une formation de second degré:

Avoir acquis la confiance dans la méthode reiki et sa capacité à la pratiquer. Etre capable d'une pratique traditionnelle c'est à dire de trouver seul où poser les mains par la pratique de byosen et reij-ho. Une expérience de la méditation et des séances de reiki (en réunion, avec d'autres élèves, sur ses animaux, ses enfants, ses plantes et en aucun cas sur des inconnus) est conseillée. Sans cela, il n'est pas toujours possible de bénéficier au mieux du second degré. Le délai est de 3 mois au minimum après le stage de premier degré pour les élèves les plus motivés et qui pratiquent le premier degré de façon assidue. Le délai peut s'allonger jusqu'à un an selon les élèves, voire plus, tant que le niveau n'est pas atteint. Quand au-delà de un an le niveau n'est pas acquis, on doit se poser des questions, tant sur la motivation de l'élève, que sur les éventuels obstacles qu'il rencontre.

Je détermine si l'élève est prêt au vu des contacts que j'ai avec lui, soit en direct, soit par mail. Aucun élève n'est poussé à entrer dans le degré suivant, il doit se sentir prêt et être motivé pour cela. Pour les personnes qui n’ont pas suivi le premier degré avec moi, il est nécessaire de faire le point sur ce qui a été fait au premier degré pour voir s'il est possible de poursuivre sur ces bases. C'est assez rare que ce soit le cas.

OKUDEN est le degré où l’on apprend à utiliser l’intention pour réaliser sa transformation.

Ce second degré est très important, il est vivement recommandé à toute personne qui désire poursuivre son évolution avec le reïki. Il vous permet d’aller plus loin dans votre développement personnel avec de nombreux nouveaux outils.

Le second degré est un degré où on apprend à utiliser l’intention de façon plus spécifique, à traiter le mental et l’émotionnel, les situations. C’est aussi une initiation qui peut perturber beaucoup car le nettoyage a déjà été commencé et parce que les outils de ce degré permettent un gros travail sur soi. En général c’est à ce degré que l'élève réalise le plus gros de son processus d’épuration (la grande lessive), menant à la résolution de la plupart de ses problèmes, si et seulement si il est réellement sincèrement impliqué dans cette démarche.

Traditionellement le second degré est divisé en deux parties : okuden zenki et okuden koki. Ces deux niveaux se suivent séparés de plusieurs mois. Pendant ces mois entre okuden zenki et okuden koki, l'élève doit pratiquer les techniques apprises. Les stages d'entrée dans ces niveaux durent deux jours. Une initiation traditionnelle (reiju) est donnée chaque jour. Un manuel complet est remis, qui reprend tout le programme.

La première session, okuden zenki est très occupée par la transmission et l'explication des symboles, et de leurs principales utilisations. Les soins mentaux, le travail sur les situations et sur le passé nécessitent explications et pratiques. Des techniques japonaises de niveau second degré sont ajoutées à celles déjà connues.

La session okuden koki est un second degré avancé, elle se base sur la pratique de okuden zenki et vous permet d'être accompagné sur la voie du reiki et de votre développement personnel. Certaines techniques sont révisées. Les techniques japonaises plus délicates sont enseignées (par exemple gyoshi ho, koki -ho). Plusieurs mois ou années peuvent passer entre okuden zenki et okuden koki. Selon la définition de la reiki ryoho gakkai : "lorsque les capacités et le niveau de spiritualité du membre sont approfondies par la pratique régulière des exercices, le membre obtient le okuden koki." Les élèves qui passent un okuden koki ont clairement bien avancé dans leur lessive. L'okuden koki est un approfondissent indispensable pour entrer dans le troisième degré. La profondeur du reiki commence à y être aperçue.

On reste second degré plus longtemps qu'au premier degré car il y a un gros travail à effectuer. Cette formule traditionnelle de second degré en deux parties, est donc particulièrement judicieuse. On n'arrive pas au niveau shinpiden en un jour ni en un mois.
